Q: What happens when I arrive for my appointment?

A: We have an All new check-in process:

    Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. If you are late, we may request you to reschedule.

    Curbside check-in! In other words, your car is our new waiting area.

    Please call us at 763-784-0420 upon arrival for further instructions. 

    Be prepared to answer the following questions about you/your child's health:

        *Have you been diagnosed with COVID-19?

        *Have you been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19?

        *Do you have a fever?

        *Have you had a fever or felt feverish in the last 14-21 days?

        *Do you have shortness of breath?

        *Do you have other difficulty breathing?

        *Do you have a cough?

        *Do you have other flu-like symptoms, such as gastrointestinal upset, headache or fatigue?

        *Have you experienced loss of taste or smell?

        *Do you have heart disease, lung disease, kidney disease, diabetes or any auto-immune disease?

   If you answer "YES" to any of the above questions, your appointment will need to be rescheduled for at least 14 days in the future. 

    We will get a quick temperature reading (please do not eat or drink anything hot or cold within 30 minutes of your appointment).

    Wear a mask/face covering to your appointment.

    Bring a sweater as it may be chilly in the office. Our team is going to be wearing extra attire- masks, face shields, and gowns. 

    Brush and floss before you leave home as our brushing stations are closed. 

    Only the patient will be allowed in our office to comply with social distancing. Companions are asked to wait in the car with exception of very young patients or patients who are new to our office for the first time.
