Dr. Alisa Madson loves changing lives through creating healthy, beautiful smiles. The power of a nice smile is priceless. With a transformed smile, many patients feel more comfortable to smile more and to connect with others, which can be a huge, life-changing confidence booster.
Dr. Madson grew up in the Twin Cities Metro area. She attended the University of Minnesota at Morris and went on to graduate from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. There she obtained her dental degree and completed her orthodontic residency. Dr. Madson loves to learn and continues to do so via continuing education courses and a Spear interdisciplinary study club. She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, a certified Invisalign provider and a Board Certified Orthodontist.
Dr. Madson enjoys traveling, cooking, and outdoor activities. Being a life-long Minnesotan, she has embraced activities such as ice hockey and skiing. Another passion of hers is learning about ever-changing technology in our world. Because of this interest, Dr. Madson has been able to use technology to increase efficiency and comfort while providing orthodontic care. She considers it a privilege to help people achieve their best smile and looks forward to working with you!

Dr Bukstein grew up in the Twin Cities metro area. She attended the University of Jamestown (formerly Jamestown College) in Jamestown, North Dakota for her undergraduate degree, then went on to graduate from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry for her dental degree. Dr Bukstein completed a one-year general practice residency program at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, WA before returning to Minnesota to practice as a general dentist. After six years of practice as a general dentist, she decided to pursue a specialty degree in Orthodontics. Dr Bukstein completed her orthodontic residency at Saint Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, NY. She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and a certified Invisalign provider.
In her free time, Dr Bukstein spends time with her husband and two young children. She enjoys traveling and reading, as well as biking and running. She is thankful to be practicing in her home state, where her children enjoy sledding in the winter and swimming in the lakes all summer.
